Account data: duration of subscription + 3 years (legal requirement). DPP data: 10 years (EU audit requirement). Logs: 90 days. Cookies: session or 1 year.
6. Your Rights

Terms of Service

1. Service Description
DPP creation, hosting, QR generation, EU registry integration.
2. Account Registration
Must be a business entity. Accurate information required.
3. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Prices in EUR excluding VAT (VAT added at checkout based on your country): Starter €49/month (25 DPPs), Professional €149/month (250 DPPs), Enterprise €499/month (unlimited DPPs). All billing is processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel anytime from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Free Trial
14 days, no credit card required. Automatic cancellation at end of trial.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Accuracy of DPP data and regulatory compliance is the customer's responsibility, not PassportEU's.
6. Uptime SLA
99.5% monthly availability (Starter/Professional), 99.9% (Enterprise).
7. Acceptable Use
No false product data, no competitor scraping, no circumventing plan limits.
8. Intellectual Property
Platform owned by PassportEU. Customer owns their DPP data.
9. Limitation of Liability
PassportEU is not liable for customer's regulatory non-compliance.
10. Governing Law
Republic of Ireland (EU member state, English-language legal system).
11. Dispute Resolution

12. Termination

Refund Policy
